Phentermine Review
A hugely popular and risky Doctor prescribed slimming pill
Phentermine slimming pill

Phentermine is an appetite suppressant slimming pill that is prescribed by Doctors to use on a short term basis when combined with diet and exercise.

It's been around since 1959 and is the most commonly prescribed appetite suppressant slimming pill in the United States. However, it does have it's draw backs.

How does Phentermine work?

According the creators of the drug, "Phentermine works by stimulating the hypothalamus gland and affecting the certain neurotransmitters to decrease the users appetite. The hypothalamus is the region of the brain that controls the autonomic nervous system, regulating sleep cycles, body temperature, appetite, etc."

In simple terms Phentermine is a sympathomimetic amine, which is very similar to an amphetamine. It stimulates the central nervous system, which increases the heart rate and blood pressure, while supposedly decreasing your appetite. It's no mystery as to why Phentermine slimming pills can only be legally prescribed by Doctors and why these pills are known to cause so many side-effects.

Phentermine side effects

A number of side effects can occur when using Phentermine slimming pills. These include a dry mouth, sleeplessness, nausea, stomach upset, headache, constipation. In some cases, more serious side effects include increased blood pressure, heart palpitations, restlessness, dizziness, tremor, insomnia, shortness of breath and chest pain. If you experience any of these side effects stop taking the pills and consult your Doctor.

Warning

In 2000 Phentermine was banned in the UK after fears it could cause heart disease

Customer Reviews

When using phentermine please be careful. I took this drug about 3 years ago. After an hour of taking it my heart was racing right up until I went to sleep, which apparently is normal. I didn't like that, I thought my heart rate might get too high.
Even on the days I didn't take the pill I had this horrible taste in my mouth and a dry mouth which made me drink loads.
When I stopped taking it I felt depressed and lethargic. It felt like a come down or hang over.
It suppressed my appetite so much that I had to force myself to eat.

Do your research and speak to your Doctor before taking it.
